Answers to common questions about AMS (Arcline the Master Series) courses: registration, refunds and transfers, webinar replays, certificates and credits, postponement and how to reach us.
How do I know if my registration is successful?
Use the order status and confirmation notice in the registration system for that course as the source of truth. For free courses, confirm that the registration is valid and check the course notice. For paid courses, follow the payment and seat-confirmation rules shown for that course. Entering bank-transfer details does not mean payment has been verified. Can I get a refund or transfer my spot?
Refunds are not available. However, you may transfer your spot to another dentist if arranged before the course begins and confirmed with customer service.
Will a replay be available if I miss the online session?
Replay availability depends on the speaker’s consent. If not recorded, no replay will be provided.
Will I receive a certificate or credits?
This depends on the course. If credits are offered in partnership with associations, details will be listed on the course page.
What if the event is postponed or canceled?
You will be notified promptly, and appropriate arrangements or compensation will be provided.
