Q
1
:
How do I know if my registration is successful?

Use the order status and confirmation notice in the registration system for that course as the source of truth. For free courses, confirm that the registration is valid and check the course notice. For paid courses, follow the payment and seat-confirmation rules shown for that course. Entering bank-transfer details does not mean payment has been verified. If you do not receive a notice, contact AMS at hello@amsmastery.com or +886 2 2778 8315, or message the LINE Official Account (@yongchiehdental): https://line.me/R/ti/p/@yongchiehdental.

Q
2
:
Can I get a refund or transfer my spot?

Refunds are not available. However, you may transfer your spot to another dentist if arranged before the course begins and confirmed with customer service.

Q
3
:
Will a replay be available if I miss the online session?

Replay availability depends on the speaker’s consent. If not recorded, no replay will be provided.

Q
4
:
Will I receive a certificate or credits?

This depends on the course. If credits are offered in partnership with associations, details will be listed on the course page.

Q
5
:
What if the event is postponed or canceled?

You will be notified promptly, and appropriate arrangements or compensation will be provided.

Q
6
:
How can I contact the organizer?

Course overview

This course series addresses frequently encountered and clinically challenging topics in clear aligner therapy, with a focus on clinical reasoning and evidence-informed decision-making. Experienced Spark instructors lead each session, drawing from their own clinical cases and treatment experience, so content reflects each instructor’s clinical background, treatment philosophy and expertise.

Rather than promoting a single prescriptive protocol, the program is a peer-to-peer platform for exchanging clinical experience: through diverse cases and perspectives, participants broaden their clinical thinking and develop sound, independent judgment in clear aligner treatment planning and execution.
